Refund policy

At Eddie Seas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

6-Month Warranty

All Eddie Seas timepieces are backed by a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or mechanical failures under normal use.

If your item experiences a defect within this period, please contact us at info@eddieseas.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We’ll repair or replace the item at no cost to you.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage or misuse

  • Water damage (unless marked as water-resistant)

  • Battery replacements

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, etc.)


Returns

We offer a 30-day return window, starting from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging, with all tags intact.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

To start a return, contact us at info@eddieseas.com. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us immediately at info@eddieseas.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.


Non-Returnable Items

Please note the following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend completing the return process first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

If it’s been more than 10 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at info@eddieseas.com.
