What currency are the prices listed in?

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD).


When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday. We ship exclusively with DHL Express and UPS from our facilities in Miami, Florida and Cozumel, Mexico.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.


How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary by destination, but most orders arrive within 2 to 3 business days after being shipped.

We currently ship to Mexico and the United States only.


Can I return my order?

Yes. We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging to be eligible for return.

To begin a return, contact us at info@eddieseas.com. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.


What if my item is defective or damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or with a factory defect, we’ll make it right. Just email us at info@eddieseas.com with your order number and photos of the issue. All of our timepieces come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.


Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You may cancel your order before it has shipped with no penalty. If the order has already been shipped, you can return it once it arrives by following our return process.


I entered the wrong shipping address, what should I do?

Please contact us at info@eddieseas.com within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to correct your shipping address. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes and no refunds will be issued for incorrect submissions.


Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship to Mexico and the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping zones in the near future.
